About the Position:
As an Accredited Access Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advising and implementing accessibility measures for our clients. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting accessibility assessments and audits.
- Undertaking SDA/LHA Design and As Built Assessments
- Developing strategies to enhance accessibility.
- Providing recommendations for physical and digital spaces.
- Collaborating with clients to achieve their accessibility goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- CPP40811/CPP40821 Certificate IV in Access Consulting or CPP50711/CPP50721 Diploma of Access Consulting
- Building Surveyor (Level 1) or Building Surveyor Limited (Level 2) Or a degree or higher in a related field, such as Architecture, Engineering, or Accessibility
- Accredited SDA/LHA Assessor
- Good knowledge of accessibility laws and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in conducting accessibility assessments and providing recommendations for improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and PDF tools
